Short story:
Microsoft Surface Pro7 i7/16/1024 model:1866
Boot loop. Logo for 3 seconds and then turns off. I can't get into UEFI.

Сleaned ME region with "Flash Image Tool 13.0.37.1556" after that, the logo flickers a little differently, but does not load.

Сleaned ME region with "Flash Image Tool 13.0.20.1312" after that, the tablet takes a very long time to load. I did a RAM test, it's fine, I did a SSD test, it has 99% life. but in UEFI I have such a failure "intel Managment Engine 0.0.0.0"

Looking for another version of "Flash Image Tool 13.0.xxxxxx". Maybe another version will fix my bios
