samsung laptop above mentioned model 3v+5v ic 13 no pin (enable pin)
should be 3.2 volt but here is only 2v and ic is heating
i dnt have diagram etc and failed actually which component is faulted
already change the 3v 5v ic (51125) but fault remains the same

If the IC is getting hot, something else must be heating the IC or the IC is faulty. You changed the IC so something else could be heating it.
Check the resistance values of pins 8-11-17 and 20 of IC, there is a possibility of short circuit.

Sir i have already change the ic (board is also not turning on)
here is board images of both sides

pin no 17 5v ok
pin no 16 19v ok
pin no 3 2v ok
pin no 8 is not short 3.3v ok
pin no 11 is not short and no volt also
pin no 20 is not short and also no volts
(pins 11 and 20 no volts. maybe volts will be there after turninng on, oor maybe it indicates fault)

The enable pin does not need to be 3.2 volts. no problem there. I added the schematic. According to the diagram, the enable pin is left blank. so it's about 2 volts there. The output voltages of the IC seem normal. If there is no voltage on the coils, check the KBC3_SUSPWR signal for 3.3 volts

Thanks sir for yours kind and skilled help. Successfully solved
at 3c+5v ic ENTRIP1 & ENTRIP2 (Pin 1&6 was showing zero volts due to weak signal from io chip)
