HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s060sa (ENERGY STAR)

serial no: 8CG52617B7
display ok, but no hdd detects
Plays windows fine with usb stick
I replaced bios, hdd, and hdd conector but same error
so i think there is hardware error
fails to find correct boardview and diagram
Master pls help how i can solve this fault, its my own lapi so i have lot of time

If the HDD is detected in the BIOS, this may be due to the BIOS.
Has the BIOS been changed to another version?

Measure the HDD data line with diode mode. But measure in reverse.

Thank u sir, but i failed to trace out fault. For the time being, i installed window on ssd with usb connector
Now i am waiting for same motherboard or boardview
