Need working bios LENOVO YOGA 11e Chromebook

Model LI5B
I have lost backup file and download bios from net, display is ok but os not installing on it
So i need a perfect working bios for this chromebook

Its 3v ic data. display comes successfully. but still chrome os is not matching
