Serial no on laptop (5CG9502FGM)
wanted serial no (5CG9253SN2)
My customer says data recovery paid software was working on this laptop. but he buy new laptop when dead the first one.
but now the problem is that, his old paid working software is not runing now, (even windows and everything runing fine)

Sir, just only one emprom 32mb, board code CRESCENT-6050A3022501-MB-A01
i have already edit it with hex editor. bin file change to new serial no but when i write it, it shows the old serial no again
i replaced the bios file also, serial no was same but there was no presence of ASSET TRACKING NUMBER. And sound card of laptop was also not working

If its not possible to change the serial no then, Can u change asset tracking no? (5CG9502FGM) same to s.number ???
