Need Clean Bios Dell Optiplex 5040

i have recieved a dell slim system with bios error. somebody already reprogrammed its bios. sometime display comes and sometime not, and sometimes no display, sometime late display. only pantium processor is supporting. i think all these errors due to wrong bios.
pls help for new clean bios
Dell Optiplex 5040

Sir this bios is not working bcz it is for OptiPlex 5040_MT 14120-1
and my dell slim desktop board is SS0909

This is the BIOS file from the official website. I edited it with the original.
