hello sir, i recieved a dell DELL Vostro 5471 laptop and somebody already changed its bios
Service Tag: DM9HM42
Express Service Code: 29644364594
board code: ARMANI13 MAIN BOARD PCB MADE IN CHINA REV A00
when i recieved its status was on off, on off i download bios form net and now it permantly on, fan spins, processor heats, 3v, 5v and ram volt is ok. its seems that bios is not working
need clean bios, pls help
