Hello, can you tell me what does it mean? I just downloaded BIOS update file from Lenovo website (45CN38WW.exe) and then extracted it and there is BIOS1.WPH file (2560 KB) and FvRecovery.fd (2688 KB). Can you tell me how did you get that single 4096 KB BIOS file?
What about ME Region - is it cleared?

It is necessary to edit the bios files on the official site. no need to clean me area on official site
