U5 4MB IC
U22 1MB IC

First Display comes ok and fast, so i think it means bios successfully cleaned.
But unfortunately, motherboard restart at any time, even in bios setup or during windows instalation
May be i am wrong, but i checked every thing, motherbard ram volts, ossilation, processor volts and ossilation. clock section, fuses and capasitors smps, cables, even hdd and windows source, but didnt find any fault. so my doubt is bios corruption

Sir last day i found accurate 1 mb bios (u107) file for this motherboard. Actually 8mb and 4mb files uploaded by u are ok , just due to corruption of 1mb bios file, board was not functioning well. link attached here for 1mb bios file
